摘要: The European Traffic Observatory is a Union VI Framework Program sponsored effort, within the Integrated Project EVERGROW, that aims at providing paneuropean traffic measurement infrastructure with high-precision, GPS-synchronized monitoring nodes. This paper describes system and node architectures, together management system. On other hand, we also present testing platform currently being used for ETOMIC nodes before actual deployment.
