摘要: The kidney biopsy is the standard of care for diagnosis lupus nephritis and remains necessary to ensure accurate guide treatment. Repeat should be considered when therapy modifications are necessary, as in cases with incomplete or no response, stopping those remission. There several promising biomarkers disorders; however, these markers need validated a prospective clinical trial before being applied clinically. Molecular analysis may provide information presently lacking from current evaluation disorders better inform on prognosis treatment considerations.
