摘要: Human perceptions vary between rural and urban environments, determining the degree to which people are able coexist with biodiversity. It is important identify sociodemographic factors that determine these local adjust amphibian conservation strategies in recognition of particular conditions different human communities. In this research, effect or location where live variables knowledge about amphibians was determined. The data were collected through individual semi-structured surveys 401 participants. We measured seven response Likert scale, ranges from 1 (totally disagree) 5 agree). For each variable, a multivariate analysis variance performed. Ninety-two percent correctly recognized frogs toads as amphibians, but there confusion classifying caecilians salamanders within group including reptiles amphibians. This more evident for women locality. Positive varied locality young adults, high school education level, without formal education. Negative beliefs locations women, adolescents, professionals. Half accepted information on should be used flag strengthen environmental educational strategies, mainly locations. results suggest plans aim inform educate public focused differently age groups, genders, level
