摘要: This paper will provide different analysis over the Brazilian innovation system, on how it has developed time, key features in system and next steps development. In order to better explain evolution evaluate author systematic, functional, economic, historic international analysis, based frameworks proposed by academics systems field create a complete direct evaluation.
