摘要: Microbiota in human alimentary tract plays important roles for homeostatic maintenance of the body. Compositional difference gut microbiota is tightly associated with susceptibility many diseases, including inflammatory obesity, diabetes mellitus, cancer, and atherosclerosis. "Dysbiosis" refers to a state imbalance among colonies microorganisms within body, which brings abnormal increase specific minor components decrease normally dominant species. Since stomach secrets strong acid its digestive role, this organ has long been thought sterile organ. However, discovery Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) changed concept.
