摘要: As obligate parasites of cellular processes, viruses must take over macromolecular machinery. It is also becoming clear that routinely control intracellular signaling pathways through the direct or indirect kinases and phosphatases. This phosphoproteins important to promote a variety viral from entry nuclear function stimulation protein synthesis. review focuses on takeover phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt pathway by retroviruses, DNA viruses, RNA highlighting functions ascribed virus activation PI3K Akt activity. describes role PI3K/Akt plays in host response, noting it can trigger anti- as well proviral functions.
