摘要: Methods and apparatus are provided for miniaturized DNA sequencing using four-color detection. The method employs a multichannel chip where the channels simultaneously irradiated to excite fluorophores in channels. emitted light is divided into four different wavelength beams read by CCDs. results multiplexed rapid of large number samples, with high fidelity sequences.
