摘要: Methods to screen for antagonists of steroid IR transcription as mediated by the PR-A isoform progesterone receptor are provided. Such cell-based methods include a cell in which is transcriptionally inactive containing asteroid other than PR, and reporter vector that includes promoter active presence an activator said IR, but substantially PR-A. This contacted with compound be assayed, level product produced measured compared expressed similar cellular system absent indication potential antagonist activity being assayed. Also provided assay kit, method screening PR compounds ER inhibit transcriptional context where inactive.
