摘要: The present invention provides a method for screening progesterone receptor isoform specific ligands as well first tissue-selective ligands, both methods comprising selecting A or B selective by means of an assay involving cells stably transfected with plasmids expressing the B. Furthermore, second in vivo tests desired target tissues. further relates to cell lines suitable this transactivation assay, respective kit and medical uses isoform-specific and/or according invention.
