摘要: Fused filament fabrication (FFF) is an additive manufacturing (AM) process that intended to build three-dimensional objects through selective deposition of melted material layer-by-layer along a pre-determined path. In the last few years, utilization FFF technology has grown at high pace and today its use become widespread in several applications. light premises, this work emerges as push effort develop innovative machine where cylindrical coordinate-based print motion combined with multiple heads. The proposed was conceived designed guided by appropriate methodologies concerning product development, assembly, servicing, design for AM. Furthermore, proof concept, physical prototype produced gathering traditional processes validated speed, temperature, tests. presented presents higher versatility due possibility processing different materials (in same part all printing area) increased production rate, enables up three parts simultaneously.
