摘要: Insect feeding trials were carried out to determine the effects of incorporating a range plant derived proteins into artificial diets fed leafhopper and planthopper pests rice. The lectins Galanthus nivalis agglutinin (GNA) wheat germ (WGA), enzyme soy bean lipoxygenase (LPO) shown exhibit significant antimetabolic towards first third instar nymphs rice brown (Nilaparvata lugens Stal) when incorporated diet at 0.1% (w/v), (w/v) 0.08% levels respectively. lectin GNA was also effect green (Nephotettix cinciteps Uhler). A number inert proteins, lectins, protein inhibitors enzymes tested showed relatively little or no both insects.
