摘要: The majority of HIV-1 elite controllers (EC) restrict replication through highly functional HIV-1-specific T cell responses, but mechanisms supporting the evolution effective immunity in these patients remain undefined. Cytosolic immune recognition conventional dendritic cells (cDC) can facilitate priming and expansion cells; however, seems to be able avoid intracellular cDCs most infected individuals. Here, we show that exposure from EC leads a rapid sustained production type I interferons upregulation several interferon-stimulated effector genes. Emergence cell-intrinsic responses was associated with reduced induction SAMHD1 LEDGF/p75, an accumulation viral reverse transcripts, inhibited by pharmacological blockade transcription or siRNA-mediated silencing cytosolic DNA sensor cGAS. Importantly, improved translated into stronger abilities stimulate expand CD8 responses. These data suggest important role interferon secretion for cells, may helpful eliciting against preventative therapeutic clinical purposes.
