摘要: Proper vascular regulation is of paramount importance for the control blood flow to tissues. In particular, peripheral resistance arteries essential several physiological processes, including pressure, thermoregulation and increase central nervous system heart under stress conditions such as hypoxia. Arterial tone regulated by periarterial autonomic plexus, well endothelium-dependent, myogenic humoral mechanisms. Underscoring proper regulation, defects in these processes can lead diseases hypertension, orthostatic hypotension, Raynaud’s phenomenon, defective thermoregulation, hand–foot syndrome, migraine congestive failure. Here, we review molecular mechanisms controlling development nerve retrograde localized signalling at neuro-effector junctions, cellular adult plasticity maintenance innervation. We particularly highlight a newly discovered role endothelial growth factor structural functional arterial junctions. Finally, discuss how neuronal disease.
