摘要: Abstract Purpose The goal of this study was to analyze the outcomes percutaneous transhepatic management benign biliary disorders in pediatric patients. Materials and methods This included 11 patients who underwent interventional procedures between September 2007 December 2016. There were 3 males 8 females with a mean age 9.6 ± 5.4 (SD) years (range: 2–17 years). Technical details, complications outcome evaluated. Results underlying pathologies bile duct stones ( n  = 2), leakage  = 4), choledochal cyst  = 3) stricture  = 2). therapeutic as follows; stone removal stones, external drainage cyst, diversion by internal-external (IE-PBD) leakage, plastic stent placement, IE-PBD balloon dilatation stricture. successful all technically clinically. One patient experienced intermittent fever. Conclusion Percutaneous procedure is an effective safe approach for treatment symptomatic when endoscopic unavailable or fails.
