摘要: Aim: A semisynthetic primary bile acid (PBA) has exerted hypoglycemic effects in Type 1 diabetic animals, which were hypothesized to be due its anti-inflammatory and cellular glucose-regulatory effects. Thus, the research purpose aimed examine antidiabetic of a PBA, terms inflammation survival insulin release, context supporting β-cell delivery treatment. Materials & methods: 10 formulations prepared, five without PBA (control) with (test). Formulations used microencapsulate pancreatic β cells microcapsules examined for morphology, cell viability, release inflammation. Results conclusion: improved reduced formulation-dependent manner, suggests potential use diabetes
