摘要: Publisher Summary The nucleic acid polymerases are a multiplicity of enzymes including DNA-dependent DNA polymerases, RNA RNA-dependent (re verse transcriptases), RNAdependent (replicases), poly(A) and terminal nucleotidyltransferases. This chapter deals primarily with eukaryotic polymerases. Because the limited information available on plant data from other systems discussed, comparisons between prokaryotic stressed. is intended to be critical assessment current knowledge includes some personal bias as well speculation hypotheses future trends.
