摘要: • Young adult rats were continuously exposed to environments containing 9% 10%, 20%, and 80% oxygen for 41 84 days. Animals both extreme concentrations demonstrated a noticeably slowed body growth, the weight of lungs was proportionally lower. The total amount density hydroxyproline in groups markedly higher than an ambient atmosphere. At concentrations, content lactate lung dehydrogenase (LDH) activity higher, as prolyl hydroxylase. finding enhanced peroxidizability lipids (examined by determination malonaldehyde change profile fatty acids) indicates that represent injury constituents.
