摘要: Herein, we report a novel approach to design a fluorescent aptasensor for detection of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), a tumor marker, using three-way junction pocket and 5, 6, 7-trimethyl-1, 8-naphthyridin-2-amine (ATMND) as a fluorescent agent. The analytical method was based on the entrapment of ATMND in the three-way junction pocket in the absence of CEA, leading to a significant decrease of fluorescence intensity of ATMND.
