摘要: Immunoregulation was examined in normal controls and patients with immune complex glomerulonephritis lupus nephritis (SLE) using OKT monoclonal anti-bodies against helper (OKT4) suppressor (OKT8) T cell subsets. Functional studies assessed control of vitro immunoglobulin synthesis by cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). IgG IgA measured unstimulated, pokeweed mitogen (PWM) stimulated PWM + concanavalin A (Con A) cultures. Patients primary membranous nephropathy (MN) mesangial (IgA GN) were found to have elevated T4/T8 ratios secondary a deficiency the T8+ subset. SLE had low ratios.
