摘要: To investigate the origin and development of cardiac conduction system, distribution HNK-1 immunoreactivity in embryonic rat hearts was studied histological sections three-dimensional computer reconstructions. Earliest reactivity found along endocardial surface fusing tubular heart at 9.5 days (ED) subsequently within individual myocytes scattered widely looped heart. Immunopositive appeared earliest ventricular trabeculae as they coalesced to form developing interventricular septum during day 11, spreading either side give rise right left bundle branches 12.5 ED In venous pole heart, primordia sinus node, transient immunopositive from ED, coalescing 13 anterior wall horn or coronary sinus, respectively. atria, several distinct tracts immunoreactive were defined by 14.5 ramifying sinoatrial junction atrial appendages atrio-ventricular (AV) near AV node. The timing these immunostaining patterns suggest that tissue develops trabecular septal myocardium, is later extracardiac cell populations, such neural crest, appear contribute formation node autonomic innervation
