摘要: Because the neurotrophic system has not been systematically studied in developing heart, we expression of mRNAs for neurotrophins and their high- low-affinity receptors by radioactive situ hybridization rat heart from embryonic day 9 (E9) to parturition. The neurotrophin-3 (NT-3) transcripts were seen group Leu-7 immunoreactive cells ventricular region E11 parturition, suggesting that NT-3 is expressed part conduction system. truncated trk receptors, trkC.TK− trkB.T1, outflow tract at E12 walls aorta pulmonary trunk E13 whereas mRNA catalytic trkC.TK+ was revealed parturition cardiac ganglion neurons E14 adult stage. Transcripts neurotrophin receptor (p75) transiently distal E13, declining E14. At E18, p75 also ganglia. nerve growth factor, neurotrophin-4/5, trkA, or trkB.TK+ detected. Expression suggests a role innervation wall may affect development smooth muscle cells.
