摘要: The genes that encode the neurotrophin family of secreted polypeptides and Trk high affinity transmembrane protein tyrosine kinase receptors are induced at time neurogenesis in mammals known to play critical roles nervous system development. We show here contrast mammals, encoding brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) receptor TrkB expressed throughout embryonic development zebrafish. At stages preceding transcription endogenous all cells contain BDNF transcripts immunoreactive trkB lack region encodes a domain. As proceeds, progressively fewer by kinase-domain.
