摘要: Nonirradiated males and females of Anastrepha obliqua (Macquart) were attracted to landed more frequently on ripe fruits Spondias mombin L. than artificial fruit in wind tunnel bioassays. Porapak Q volatile extracts S. also attractive elicited landing for both sexes. Combined gas chromatographic–electroantennographic detection (GC-EAD) analysis showed that nine compounds repeatable antennal responses from males. The EAD-active identified by GC–mass spectrometry (MS) as follows: ethyl butyrate, isopropyl hexan-1-ol, propyl isobutyl hexanoate, isopentyl benzoate, octanoate. In bioassays, lures containing the nine-component blend synthetic unscented controls. Field cage bioassays multilure traps baited with nine-synthetic captured significantly A. hydrolyzed protein or water.
