摘要: Squamous dysplasia in the bronchi has been long recognized as a precursor of lung carcinoma, particularly squamous carcinoma. Atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (AAH) recently implicated to adenocarcinoma, Bronchiolar neuroendocrine cell also suggested some pulmonary carcinoid tumors. The atypical hyperplasia-adenocarcinoma sequence likened adenoma-carcinoma large intestine. AAH is commonly multifocal, and may explain multicentricity that observed with adenocarcinomas. shown have immunohistochemical, morphometric, flow cytometric genetic abnormalities overlapping adenocarcinoma. (carcinoid tumorlets) classically associated inflammatory lesions airways, but be multifocal bilateral. In latter setting, attain size greater than 0.5 cm (arbitrarily) classified
