摘要: Abstract LiChrossorb Diol® packing has been to be well-suited for the separation of proteins and enzymes according a size-exclusion mechanism in mean molecular-weight (MW) range between 10,000 100,000. Loadability small bore column 6 mm I.D. (A) large-bore 23.5 (B), both 250 length, were examined. Defining 20% decrease number theoretical plates as loadability limit volume load at constant mass chymotrypsinogen representative test solute was ≈ 100 μl 1500 B 0.78 · 10-5 g/g A 10-6 B, respectively. Mass injection (20 200 respetively) 30 mg/ml or 1.10-4 columns. As demonstrated one instance, 75 mg mixture 3 which differ MW by factor 2, could separated run.
