摘要: Assortative mating has been studied on a broad range of variables, including intelligence and personality traits. In the present study we analysed effect assortative for ability emotional (EI) sample heterosexual couples (N = 382), dating married couples. Correlation analyses revealed moderate similarity Pearson’s r .27 general EI score, was slightly weaker (from .18 to .23) branch scores. Regression showed that Perception strongest single predictor partner’s both in males females. Continuous parameter estimation (CPEM) magnitude correlation does not increase with age, thus it is highly possible obtained reflects initial assortment (i.e., at starting point relationship), rather than convergence increasing time). It seems significant factor influencing mate processes.
