摘要: Abstract Peri-urban areas are increasingly described as ‘third’ spaces with unique characteristics, in opposition to awaiting urban development. However, many peri-urban the process of defining what this space is, is triggering conflict over meanings attributed landscape, its ownership and, importantly, whose identity it represents.
