摘要: The emergence of Big Data, accelerated through the Internet Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence, from emerging, contemporary concept smart cities coupled with that notion for safe is raising concerns privacy good governance are impacting on socio-economic liveability dimensions urban fabrics. As these gain ground, largely due to economic pressures large ICT providers, there a notable increase towards need inclusion human dimensions, complemented by use technology.
