摘要: The Smart City concept is still evolving and can be viewed as a branding exercise by big corporations, which why the not being used United Nations (U.N.). Cities tend to represent information, communication, technological (ICT) industry alone without considering values cultural historical profiles that some cities hold legacies. However, technology inherent in promises efficiencies options could allow more “inclusive, safe, resilient, sustainable” required U.N. agenda including heritage.
