摘要: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most frequently diagnosed in world. For a long time, only one pathway of colorectal carcinogenesis was known. In recent years, new “alternative” through serrated adenoma described. Recent meta-analysis estimated these cancers as about 10% to 30% all CRCs. Serrated polyps are second popular groups (after conventional adenomas) found during colonoscopy. colon clinically and molecularly diverse changes that have common feature crypt luminal morphology characterized by glandular serration. Evidence suggests subtypes polyps, particularly TSA SSA/P, can lead adenocarcinoma pathway. Moreover, data indicate SSA/P precursors carcinoma MSI may be subject rapid progression malignancy. An important step reduce incidence CRC initiated improve detection ensure their complete removal endoscopy. Understanding so-called an forward expanding possibilities prevention CRC.
