摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes the procedure for isolation of N,N'-diacetylchitobiase from Vibrio harveyi . The hydrolysis chitin to its monomeric unit, N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNac), requires two enzymes, chitinase and N,N'-diacetylchitobiase, with chitobiase catalyzing N,N'-diacetylchitobiose GlcNac. Recombinant plasmids that contain gene coding is isolated gram-negative marine bacterium appears be unlinked gene(s) encoding activity in there no associated containing V. gene. It found located membrane cells outer Escherichia coli plasraids cloned (chb). As a consequence location chitobiase, detergent N-lauroylsarcosine has proved effective removing E. coil chb
