摘要: Neuropathic pain (NP) can occur after peripheral nerve injury (PNI), and it be converted into a maladaptive, detrimental phenotype that causes long-term state of hypersensitivity. In the last decade, discovery dysfunctional microglia evoke pain, called "microgliopathic pain," has challenged traditional neuronal views "pain" been extensively explored. Recent studies have shown microRNAs (miRNAs) act as activators or inhibitors spinal in NP conditions. We first briefly review microglial activation NP. then comprehensively describe miRNA expression changes their potential mechanisms response to injury. summarize roles following two representative miRNAs: miR-124, which reverses by keeping quiescent, miR-155, promotes activation. Finally, we focused on therapeutic miRNAs The findings summarized may essential tools for basic research clinical treatment
