摘要: This study examined the effect of consumption moderate amounts three species fish on platelet fatty acid profile (PFA), bleeding time (BT), aggregation, and ex vivo production thromboxane B2 (TXB2). Twenty-three healthy, young men consumed 200 g/d Dover sole. Chinook salmon, sablefish for 18 d in a three-way crossover design as part Western diet. Salmon compared with sole caused significant increases eicosapentaenoic content PFA (P = 0.002). BT increased moderately when salmon diets were 0.06). Platelet aggregation decreased collagen an agonist 0.03) ADP 0.04). TXB2 concentrations Certain reasonable diet may cause modestly positive effects function.
