摘要: Recently seven isolates of avian influenza virus (AIV) serotype H9N2 recovered from an outbreak AI were analyzed on the basis their biological and molecular characteristics. All belonged to low-pathogenicity group AIV. To further evaluate pathogenic potential in association with other organisms, isolate was inoculated experimentally chickens using different routes subsequently challenged infectious bronchitis virus, Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale or Escherichia coli. The isolation seromonitoring data revealed a significant role coli aggravating clinical condition birds earlier infected AIV (H9N2). AIV-antigen detected lung, trachea, kidney, cloacal bursa among birds, immunofluorescent antibody technique. In another experiment, that immunosuppressed chemically showed high mortality when H9N2. results indicated this low pathogenicity (H9N2) could produce severe infection depending type secondary opportunistic pathogens present under field conditions. This may explain severity field. A prolonged antibacterial therapy flocks use oil-based vaccine at early age new has helped control disease.
