摘要: Abstract Objective: Flexible ureteroscopy is nowadays an alternative effective option for treatment of upper urinary tract stones, especially in the lower renal pole. Access this case often limited by active deflection capabilities instrument which always deteriorated passage different tools through working channel. Insertion them limits also irrigation flow and so that visibility. These deteriorations vary largely following tool inserted. We performed vitro evaluation deterioration deflection, possibility insertion maximal 6 flexible ureteroscopes with almost all available. Methods: A total 546 measures test channel were made on ureteroscopes, ACMI DUR-8, DUR-8 "Elite", Karl Storz 11274 AA, 11278 AU1 "Flex-X", Wolf 7325.172 Olympus URF/P-3 without any inserted 22 (14 extraction devices 8 lithotripsy probes). Results: Larger caliber resulted more degradation than smaller ones but it evident use non-nitinol instead nitinol ones. Generally probes affected extractions brand laser fibres present results. Usually 1.6 1.9F electro hydraulic offer a slightly better does 200μ fibre. Ballistic shock are stiff can not be used treating pole stones. Conclusions: An array instruments available endoscopic they differ stiffness obstruction to flow. Laser very problematic insert already deflected instruments, something less EHL tools. Irrigation inversely proportional diameter Tools 3 French or block totally
