摘要: The recent proliferation of hypervariable molecular markers has ushered in a surge techniques for the analysis parentage natural and experimental populations. Consequently, potential meaningful studies paternity maternity is at an all-time high. However, details implementation multifarious often differ subtle ways that can influence results analyses. Now good time to reflect on available consider their strengths weaknesses. Here, we review leading analysis, with particular emphasis those have been implemented readily useable software packages. Our survey leads some important insights respect utility different approaches. This should serve as useful guide anyone who wishes embark study parentage.
