摘要: Abstract The effects of lateral hypothalamic (LH) lesions or parasagittal knife cuts placed to the LH on levels serum glucose, insulin and lipids were examined in 3 separate experiments. first experiment showed that 24 hr after surgery, free fatty acid (FFA) significantly lower cut group than groups given control operations. However, blood glucose was higher both lesion relative controls. In a second experiment, rats lesions, operations allowed 25 days postoperative recovery. had FFA levels, triglyceride, insulin, knife-cut normal weight group. FFA, triglyceride for did not differ from its weight-paired third demonstrated altered mobilization response 2-DG, however, only hyperglycemia induced by 2-DG. This suggests uniquely interrupt sympathetic activation adrenal medulla. results present study indicate although induce similar patterns ingestive disorders, autonomic metabolic alterations resulting these two surgical procedures are quite different.
