摘要: Abstract Gold thioglucose, an obesifying agent in mice, was studied established mouse fibroblast line using light and electron microscopy, histochemistry the laser microprobe. Consistent cytopathic effects were produced at 2 4 mg/ml most striking 48 hours. This correlated well with studies, which showed that: (1) amount of gold absorbed by cell system directly related to initial concentrations (2) increasing exposure time hours significantly increased uptake. A cellular concentration greater than 2.5 pg necessary produce a visual effect. Histochemical studies demonstrated cytoplasmic granules, present percentage cells mg/ml. Electron microscopic treated revealed numbers microfilaments, particularly around nucleus, membrane-bound acid phosphatase-positive dense bodies (lysosomes), nuclear infoldings. Increased autophagic vacuoles lipid droplets also seen. All these changes found larger Intranuclear inclusions not
