摘要: Abstract 1. Swiss albino mice and Sprague-Dawley derived rats, 6–8 weeks in age were compared the fed condition after a fast of 24 48 hr. 2. Plasma glucose was significantly higher than rats state but this difference disappeared hr fast. 3. In condition, plasma FFA glycerol levels yet did not change during fasting. With starvation, there progressive increase rat no glycerol. 4. The content triacylglycerols liver comparable state. declined to similar extent both species mice, hepatic increased markedly fasting rats. 5. Heart still further which time little observed rat. Myocardial glycogen fasting, cardiac decreased mouse remained unchanged 6. Distinct differences certain parameters carbohydrate lipid metabolism found with fasted condition.
