摘要: Abstract Use of specific enzymes for the degradation glycogen followed by enzymic determination glucose formed, confers such a high degree specificity to described assay method that it is possible determine directly, i.e. without prior isolation, in very dilute homogenates less than 1 mg liver or 10 muscle.
