摘要: The purpose of this article is to identify the antecedents service, organizational process (organization and marketization), ancillary innovation types. drivers study are twofold: prior research has not adequately addressed how environmental may vary by type, impact complementary relationships between types been systematically estimated in public organizations. Data drawn from a 2-yr multiple informant English local authorities. results multivariate analysis show that different complex might be as widespread theorized. Configuration theory proposed framework move away examining myriad individual variables toward consideration Implications for practice discussed.
