摘要: The head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) population consists mainly of high-risk for recurrence locally advanced stage patients. Increased knowledge the HNSCC genomic profile can improve early diagnosis treatment outcomes. development models to identify consistent patterns that distinguish patients will recur and/or develop metastasis after is utmost importance decrease mortality survival rates. In this study, we used array comparative hybridization data from implement a robust model predict recurrence/metastasis. This predictive showed good accuracy (>80%) was validated in an independent TCGA portal. comprises chromosomal regions 5p, 6p, 8p, 9p, 11q, 12q, 15q 17p, where several upstream downstream members signaling pathways lead increase proliferation invasion are mapped. introduction clinical practice might contribute more individualized management patients, reducing recurrences improving patients’ quality life. power metastases should be evaluated other populations.
