摘要: The use of a composition that stimulates the intracellular synthesis glutathione for providing treating hepatic disease is provided. In an embodiment, composition, administered to patient having disease, includes compound chosen from group consisting of: L-2-oxothiazolidine-4-carboxylate; esters; and thiazolidine-4-carboxylate analogs, in amount sufficient stimulate synthesis. can be parenterally or enterally.
