摘要: The aim of this systematic review was to assess the effects nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) on post-operative renal function. Eight randomized placebo-controlled double-blinded trials (n = 345) were identified from searches MEDLINE, EMBASE and Cochrane Controlled Trials Register databases. summary effect size 95% confidence intervals (95% CI) calculated by a weighted mean difference analysis using random-effects model. NSAIDs (diclofenac, ketorolac, indomethacin, ibuprofen) used for up three-days after surgery. There no reported cases postoperative failure requiring dialysis. reduced creatinine clearance 22 ml.min-1 CI: 7 37), sodium output 54 mmol.day-1 5 103) potassium 38 19 56) Day 1 but not 2. Serum increased 2 15 mumol.l-1 28). Urine volume did change significantly at any time. therefore clinically unimportant transient reduction in should be withheld patients with normal preoperative function because concerns about impairment.
