摘要: Pancreatic transplants in large experimental diabetic animals maintain fasting euglycemia, but do not achieve normal glucose tolerance. This and other hormonal metabolic defects influence the efficacy of these grafts to control or reverse complications diabetes. The aim this study was see if such exist, how they might alter with time.
