摘要: In der Notfallmedizin stellt das Alkoholentzugsdelir ein haufiges Krankheitsbild dar. Basis fur die Erkennung bleibt eine genaue und vorurteilsfreie Anamnese Befunderhebung. Die Therapie erfolgt symptomadaptiert. Grundlage mit GABAergen Substanzen wie Benzodiazepinen Clomethiazol sowie Gabe von Vitamin B 1 . Durch fruhzeitige Behandlung Komplikationen Entzugsanfallen, intrakraniellen Blutungen, Elektrolytstorungen, Wernicke-Enzephalopathie kardialen Rhythmusstorungen kann Prognose deutlich verbessert werden.
