摘要: This study was undertaken to analyze the acid-base and electrolyte abnormalities pathogenetic mechanisms involved in alcoholic patients admitted our department for causes related alcohol abuse. We studied 79 aged 31-78 years. None had any other disease or receiving drugs influencing balance parameters. On their admission before therapeutic intervention laboratory investigation of status parameters both sera urine carried out. Thirty-two (40.5%) disturbances. Ten (12.6%) pure respiratory alkalosis, 2 (2.5%) metabolic while 20 (25.3%) so-called syndrome ketoacidosis. Forty-one (52%) abnormalities. Eighteen (22.8%) hyponatremia. However, 5 pseudohyponatremia due alcohol-induced hypertriglyceridemia. Two with increased insensible losses hypernatremia. Hypokalemia found 10 (12.6%), hypomagnesemia 25 (31.6%), hypophosphatemia 23 (29.1%), hyperphosphatemia (2.5%), hypocalcemia 17 (21.5%). only 7 true hypocalcemia. In conclusion, develop a series disturbances owing various mechanisms.
