摘要: Abstract Each of three seminomas revealed chromosome #1 and #12 structural changes in direct preparations short-term cultures. The involved duplication 1q loss 1p; two, the breakpoint was heterochromatic region. anomaly a short arm isochromosome, usually present duplicate. In one tumor, these were only changes; other there also involvement #7, with extra copies 7p. two tumors, minute identified after C-banding, other, aside from different markers containing part dicentric derived chromosomes #15; this tumor proved to be prognostically unfavorable. Three normal XXY sex each tumor. Chromosomes #11 #13 generally underrepresented, #19–22 overrepresented.
