摘要: Objective: Compromised breast cancer survival in African American women is well established. Factors associated with poorer this group are not fully elucidated. This analysis examined the influence of alcohol consumption on accrued to a hospital-based study. Methods: One hundred twenty-five postmenopausal (mean age = 64.2 ± 12.2 years) diagnosed invasive carcinoma between August 1989 and December 1994, study disease, were followed for through 1998. Cox proportional hazards regression models, adjusted cigarette smoking, summary stage treatment explored association use survival. Results: Premorbid at least one drink per week was 2.7-fold increase risk death (95% CI 1.3–5.8). Conclusions: suggests compromised among who reported drinking alcoholic beverage week, preliminary finding that warrants further investigation.
