摘要: Abstract Tissue regeneration strategies have been greatly evolving in the last years due to use of more realistic approaches. These approaches rely biomaterials for development three dimensional (3D) structures that emulate vivo microenvironment different tissues. Recently, extracellular matrices (ECM) secreted by cells caught a great deal attention as an attractive biomaterial 3D structures. In fact, and/or cellular culture conditions gave rise ECM's compositions, which can be used physiologically relevant Nevertheless, recovery cell-derived ECM requires proper decellularization protocol. Herein, we report protocol recover produced human adipose derived stem cells. This comprises multiple steps (chemical, physical or enzymatic) are described here detail. Furthermore, it is describe methods evaluate effectiveness this Overall, enables production hASCs-derived further vitro models tissue strategies.
